I had booked a standard room at Palri Boutique in Gangtok from June 4, 2022 to June 6, 2022. I canceled it during the cancellation period and even received confirmation from Goibibo.
My refund was supposed to be credited to my UPI account by Jun 14 and the Reference ID given to me was: JVMKJDCVhV1rbn.
It's been more than 20 days since I canceled and I have tried a zillion times to reach out to your customer care, but I am always directed to automated calls, which is utterly useless as it only tells me to check the status on the app.
I have checked with my bank as well and the refund isn't reflecting in my statement.
I have raised a ticket as well with the Task ID:[protected], which is on stay too.
At this point, I feel I have been given invalid transaction details with falls hopes of receiving the refund.
All I hear from your end is that you're working on the request. But I don't understand why it's taking you so long to process it and if you're even going to return my money.
