Our flight was cancelled by the airline due to covid-19 and the airline (Indigo) has provided a full cash refund to goibibo which can be seen on their website. Goibibo is not passing on this refund to us. Despite repeated emails and attempts to contact them, they agent is just not responding. Apart from this being extremely bad service on goibibo's part, this is absolutely unethical and wrong. They have no right to hold on to money that has been given to them to pass on to the eventual customer.
