[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — hotel booking confirmation | |||
I have booked hotel at Aurangabad, at Oyo 29595 Hotel Samrat, and I have get confirmation mail from Go Ibibo but Hotel is saying your booking is not come yet, so regarding that I have call customer care but they are not supporting me for that, i was on call for 20 mins but no one responded my call, I want my refund. It is not expected, I waited near hotel for 3 hours, I want my refund any how. Was this information helpful? | |||
