Hotel manager refused to our booking and said there is no booking in the name of mohan chawla as on 26.12.2018 whereas we got booking confirmation by goibibo after successful payment. I used to book another hotel and suffered a lot. I totally disappointed by the behavior of hotel staffs (Hotel palm palace) as they said there is no booking for you and we are not going to provide you any room.
I displayed the confirmation message of my hotel booking (As printout and soft copy both) to manager but they replied-"we already cancelled this booking from our side and informed the goibibo.com according to their rules and procedure".
I still surprised that there is showing in booking id status is "your room is ready" and now in the next morning its showing status as "stayed" but i didn't got any room in the mentioned hotel.
I need compensation for this harassment and misbehave and till now i have neither received any message regarding hotel booking cancellation nor any initiation of refund for payment made at the time of booking.
So, you are requested to look forward the matter and do the needful at the earliest.
