[Resolved]  Ibibo Group / Goibibo — hotel booking confirmed but hotel denies booking. money not refunded.

I had done a hotel booking for my family for international hotel stay (Booking no htl4ta98d3). I mailed the hotel to reconfirm booking and found that there is no booking. Waiting for the refund since many days.
Please help me in getting the refund. I am cheated and this organization is a fraud. This not only caused financial trouble but also mental agony. They should penalize for this.

I got the following response from the hotel and from goibibo

Thank you very much for sending the booking however, we are unable to locate your booking. As per yet your reservation is not in our system and it’s not confirmed.

Please kindly contact goibibo.com to get in touch with us; they might use other providers to make the reservation which has not been sent yet. As we are unable to check these details, goibibo.com seems to be the only one to have more information.

Please also be informed that the room category the you have booked, is not featured in our hotel (We do not have rooms with 2 double beds.
We would be happy to send you a quotation for a direct booking: we can offer a room with a double bed + rollaway bed or a room with 2 twin single beds + 1 rollaway bed.
