Ibibo Group / Goibibo — hotel booking for 21st august 2019 | |||
I have booked hotel (Id: htl3cw6gff) for my son on august 5th 2019 to stay in maplewood guest house deluxe in new delhi. When he reached the hotel on the date of stay (21st august), they say they will not entertain bookings made through goibibo. When we tried to reach goibibo customer care, there was no response. Since then we called several times to the support and we are not getting any positive response. We need to get the original amount paid for booking and the excess paid for the room because of on the spot payment. Was this information helpful? | |||

What about the extra money we ended paying because of the last minute cancellation and re-booking? We paid double the amount because of this. That needs to be paid too.
