Booking no. 3 : mp t jungle resort sarhi, kanha national park
We departed from raipur after booking confirmation from goibibo. After travel of more than 100kms, hotelier denied room availability. Now, my family members were in such a position that we are standing on the roadside in dark night waiting and waiting for goibibo customer care response but nobody responded that night.

Booking no. 2 : trip to shilong
This is really worst services by goibibo. This happened second time with me that i booked hotel by goibibo and hotelier denied to provide room.

This time you have spoiled my vacation with whole family. I came from raipur, chhattisgarh and due to your negligence and worst service, my whole family is standing in the dark streets o[censored]nknown city shilong and now we are searching for another hotel.

After all these, everytime i am calling to your customer care, they either cut the call or saying that wait for 10min, then again 10min, then another 10min. It had been almost two hours talking to your so called different different customer care executive everytime.

You don't even realize how the traveller suffers with such type of worst services by you. My whole family was completely in hyper tension with all these with no dinner/food and standing on the dark street and searching for new hotels and knocking to different hotels asking for the rooms, further getting reply the all the rooms are full. Even my wife is having serious health issues roaming for the hotel at unknown city just because of goibibo faults.

One lady with us is diseased with arthritis and another one is pregnant. Goibibo doesn’t have humanity. They are just to cheat the people.

Spoiled all the holidays trip. Coz of that night, we were not able to be comfortable next day, woke up lately, started our day with full of tiredness. Entire trip went worst just because of goibibo.

Apologies cannot compensate this inconvenience. This is the torture goibibo is selling.

Booking no. 3: trip to bandhavgarh
We are here in the resort for 3 days. Except the room everything else is really disappointing. The food was so very spicy that we could not eat the same. We requested for no spicy breakfast in the morning but we didn't get the same. The behavior of manager is worst ever. Not ready to listen to us and the way he replied was, "this is jungle area and we don't have the market near by". The bread served in the morning was also not fresh. The swimming pool is so dirty as if it's not been cleaned since last six months, the pool wall is full of algae and fungi and floor of the pool is broken badly. The pieces of tiles and pebbles are lying on the floor which is hurting our leg badly.

We just expect that our holidays should not be spoiled. We want a shift for the remaining time from this resort like lemon tree, etc. As to clean the pool immediately is practically not possible. We want a place where we have a good room, a good tea area, a good pool and some amusement facility and least but not the last a resort where hospitality is good.

Worst services worst customer care. Again and again. This is 3rd time i am facing this issue. I just want complete refund along with double refund as goibibo put my family in trouble in the night for two days, however i was continuously on phone with you since 2pm to 9pm on 28th june i. E. On my anniversary. Goibibo just keep on saying that they will arrange call in 15min again in 15min again n again. Even goibibo committed to arrange another hotel but you didn’t. We were wondering for hotel in bandhavgarh jungle area. Then they cancelled the booking at 8.30pm in the night without any discussion with us. Even received mail for refund of the booking amount but no refund of money as on the date.

Goibibo can torture in any way. Just eat up the money and time. It can put the patient in big problem as they did with my wife.
It’s really a big issue now for me. I want entire refund of my 3rd booking. Further, i want compensation for these three torture equivalent to double of total amount of these three bookings.

We agree with your point and completely understand the anxiety experienced, however, we were not informed about the booking denial initially by the hotelier on time, we could not help you proactively.

For Booking id: HTLT5D789G, we already shred the NEFT ref no.: UTR_[protected] for refund as committed.


For booking id: HTLRVS5SPX, Ravipal (Customer delight team) informed you on the extra refund processed as INR 6947, post your consent.

For Booking id: HTLJ38HMPL, we checked booking notes and observed that the team tried to look for an alternate property for your stay post the service issues raised, however, we were not able to find any alternate in the nearby vicinity. On Supervisor call, we offered 02 nights refund and advised to take a walk-in check-in to which the caller initially gave acceptance but later on denied.
