Dear sir, The rooms provided by hotel regency were very very dirty & unsafe. Sieling is week & can be foul at any time. How goibibo can tie up with such non standard hotels & keep customers in life risk. We have came from mumbai. Hotel at trivandrum, thekkady booked through goibibo were very nice We can't keep our life in risk. We want to cancel the booking & need full amount refund on immediately.
