[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — hotel booking in thailand/ unprofessional service | |||
So we had booked hotel for three people and we came at hotel, these people cancelled booking from there side saying in one room three are not allowed and said pay extra money to get room. When we denied the hotel guy cancelled booking so post that we are standing here since 4 hours now and nonresponse from team. I want to claim all my trip money from them as ibibo team just wasted it for no reasons. These will make them understand why it's important to take customers complaint seriously and resolve the same in given frame. I have flight tomorrow to india and because of these guys i couldn't enjoy my trip and got mindful*d. Was this information helpful? | |||
