I made a booking at esquare pune from 18/07 to 20/07 and paid 6973 by my credit card Hotel site and goibibo site said check in at 12pm I gave a special request of early checkin at 0230 hrs as my flight lands at 0125 hrs on 18th july The goibibo did not gave me any indications or warnings and my money was taken from cc When i called the hotel, they informed i should have booked from 17th and opted for a late checkin. According to a normal human being, a day starts at 12.00 am and 2.30 is early morning Goibibo cannot do anything as hotel as denied by early checkin Was this information helpful? | |||||
