Ibibo Group / Goibibo — hotel booking issue - check in denied as booking info is not available with them | |
I have booked the oyo hotel from goibibo. Payment went through and bookedid is generated. Hotel people denied checking they havent received the booking and asked to call oyo. Oyo people asked for pnr number which i havent received from goibibo. Tried reaching customer care support, but the ivr disconnects on selection of hotel asking to use bot and the bot doesn't respond to my query. It is so frustrating that i cannot even reach out to a real person to resolve the query on time. Since my amount has been deducted and the hotel people didnt receive the booking and i wasnt able to reach goibibo as they made it so difficult to reach out to them in case of an urgent issue, i want the booking amount to be refunded. Could someone solve this issue and get back. Hoping response from goibibo atleast here. Worst experience with goibibo this time. Was this information helpful? | |
