Hi I booked a hotel in Andheri to stay for one night from 29 July to 30 July 2022. Following are the details:

Hotel Ocean Suites -
Saki Vihar Road, below Finch Restaurant, opp. Hyundai Showroom, Andheri East, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, Mumbai

My stay in this hotel was very bad, severe leakage in room, foul smell, rat infestation, damp bed. This hotel is very bad and does not deserve any rating and should not be in your website.

Please give me complete refund immediately .
