I booked hotel at gurgaon through goibibo, the service is pathetic and there is construction is going on, smelly area, hotel is not convenient for stay, i want cancel the booking and i want refund of that amount. We checked booking details and observed that our team already reverted with the closure, stating as per your request for cancellation of 3 night(s) from 08/04/2019 to 21/04/2019, it has been successfully cancelled as per approval received from the hotel. Please be informed a refund of amount INR 16035/- is under process which will reflect into the same source through which the payment was made depending on your bank’s processing cycle. We would also like to inform you that we are also processing refund of INR 3000/- from our end. So total refund amount is INR 19035/- which will reflect into the same source through which the payment was made within 5 -14 working days depending on your bank’s processing cycle.
