[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Hotel | |||
I have booked a room yesterday in Kollam Hotel sea Palace in the evening.After booking from your App I got message that an amount of Rs.1004/- has been debited against the room rent.But booking has not took place.I have used SBT Silver debit card for the same & all these iNformations I have given in your customer care number as per their advice I am registering this complaint.
