[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — hotel cancellation refund is not processed

I cancelled booking htl7jhyec which was of amount 43000+ and initially goibibo refunded 9700+ amount which is part of my initial cancellation for 1 day and post that i cancelled whole booking and their call center confirmed i'll get full refund through mail of amount 34080. The company send a mail on 31st july informing amount 34080 will be refunded in 5-14 working days but still they have not initiated refund. Whenever i called their helpdesk they informed me they'll arrange a callback in 1hr from refund team but i never got any call. I have to make my credit card payment and it'll have late payment fees charges if the amount is not settled. Kindly help
