[Resolved]  Ibibo Group / Goibibo — hotel denied and not giving satisfying resolution

Dear sir,
Kindly inform you yesterday i booked a hotel in jodhpur (Raj) & hotel denied by hotelier, i contact with goibibo team, the didn't give me satisfied response for 1 hour, also give money back without my allowance without any compensation.

Very disappointed to see this type of behavior in biggest company like goibibo.

Kindly request to ceo of goibibo take nessacery action, if it can't b done than close this fake business which create problems to customers.

Note: In case, if booking gets cancelled then as per the procedure if you have made any booking using go cash, the refund will first process to go cash account for the amount paid using the same.
