Ibibo Group / Goibibo — hotel denied booking, goibibo not refunding the amount i paid | |||
I have been a user of goibibo from the past 3 years and have never faced any problem in booking hotels but on 7th sept i booked a hotel for 1 night with the hotel id htlfdhefjg. I paid the amount through my debit card but as soon as i arrived at the hotel they denied the booking citing the reasons to such as closed for maintainence. I immediately called goibibo help desk but they put my call on hold and then said that they will arrange for a solution within half n hour. Till now i haven't got any update on my booking. Kindly refund my money as this kind o[censored]nprofessional behaviour wasn't expected from such a big brand. It's a shame. Was this information helpful? | |||
