Hi, Booking ID # HTLJ5APD4C. I called hotel for early check in between 8:00 am to 10:00 am, but they denied. What to do now?. Tomorrow I will be reaching hotel at 8 am. During telephonic discussion with hotel they were demanding RS 1000 for early check in. Though, while booking the hotel it was clearly stated that early check in and late check-out are a part of package. Please look I to this immediately. Again I called the Hotel, but they denied about the early check in from 8 am to 10 am in the morning, which is as per our about policy of early check in & late check out.
That's why i am cancelling the booking & GOibibo should ensure about the refund of money.
