Ibibo Group / Goibibo — hotel refund, udaipur | |||
I booked a hotel at udaipur through goibibo for 20th to 23rd august 2019 at udaipur. When we reached the hotel the hotel owner refused to allow us to check in unless we pay rs 1500 per day, almost twice the amount we paid in goibibo. They shifted us to another hotel which was really unsatisfactory and the service was awful, but we had to stay there for a day as it was not possible to find another hotel immediately. I have been talking to goibibo customer care since then repeating the same thing over and over and they sent me an email stating that they have initiated the refund and it will be reflected in my account in 5-15 working days. It's been almost a month and i didn't get any refund yet. Was this information helpful? | |||
