[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — hotel refused services on check, in goibibo not revert back compensation | |||
Hi GOIBIBO Team, EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED With your services. After receiving booking confirmation and payment deduction almost 25 days before, When we reached the hotel, They said the hotel has revoked its services and many times informed Goibibo but the listing is still active. I am frustrated with the non-active work and lethargic nature that u are listed with dead hotels and the customer is getting fooled. My parents, aged 67 reached the hotel and found that the booking is not LIVE. WHAT KIND of services are you giving. Shut down your business and sit at home. You guys dont deserve to be in market. With this I demand my Full refund of 12101 as well as a compensation of 15, 000 INR as today on the day of check-in I had to book another hotel in DOUBLE the rate for the lesser service hotel that too with only breakfast. I am unhappy and I will take you to the consumer forum if you don't accept this.
