[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — hotel reservation | |||||
I had booked a room for 5th feb check in and 6th feb check out at hotel galaxy maccua made my payments on december 25th and got confirmation but i came to know from my sources that room was not confirmed i called continously to the toll free number kept requesting or literally begging to confirmation but till last date of my foreign trip they did not confirm and i have recording voice call where goibibo staff was speaking to the hotel and they said they have no booking or confirmation then i asked for refund but they have not done till now anything and now telling they cannot refund this is loot to the customer i want to register a complaint and take strict legal action against them and get my refund and compensation for i paid double the amount to other site and booked the room Was this information helpful? | |||||
