Ibibo Group / Goibibo — i am complaining about customer service response time and and not allotting the room even after taking advance payment | |||
No proper response from customer care, took my payment and didn't alloted the room, continue facing issues from last 4 booking, cab charges paid extra for inconvenience, high risk of getting looted out side the road while waiting for 5 hours o[censored]nresolved problems. Every hour their representative calls just gor reconfirming the issue instead if resolving the problems making unnecessary delay and they really doesn't care of their word that ""we are sorry for the problem"" if this is so, then why to wait out side the road in night even after advance payment, feeling high risk of getting lynched or beaten by local gundas as in night no any person available on road and not any transport facility available to get away from the area Was this information helpful? | |||
