Hello, I am your regular customer. I have some unpleasant experience of your service this time. I have received Invoice of INR 17979.46 but From bank I have been got debit of INR 18077. Why is this difference in the invoice amount. Another thing I come to know at property that they are giving bookings at very low cost INR 1800 including breakfast and dinner for the same room and GO IBIBO charged me INR 3012. There is whooping difference of INR 1212 per night. This much over charge is completely not acceptable. I also need refund for this over charge.
