Hi,
I have booked my flight using goibibo booking platform, from 1st october to 7th October
And airline changed the schedule due to operational reasons.
They have agreed to refund the money still goibibo asked me to wait 15 days for it.
Now after 15 days have been passed, they have still not refunded the money and they do not even provide support for the same.
I have attached the screenshot also of their message of refund but I have still not received the refund.
Please help to get my money refunded.
Really looking for help.
