Ibibo Group / Goibibo — I have not received my refund amount yet

I have booked a flight from Jaipur to Ranchi on 25th March 2020 and due to covid-19 lockdown my flight was cancelled and i have requested many times but nothing happened and no one replied in this matter my PNR number is XQBF3E.
