Ibibo Group / Goibibo — I haven't received my flight ticket

I had booked my ticket through Goibibo for Air Astana from 1st July '22- 11 Oct '22. The payment from my account of ₹58, 624 was done successfully and my money got deducted from my account but I haven't received my ticket yet. I am checking my mail and my messages but there is no respond. Please refund my money if the booking hasn't been done as soon as possible.
