We have booked 2 return tickets in the name of my father Mr Wazir Singh Kapoor for 1st and 5th April 2020 respectively. Due to Covid-19, it was auto cancelled by Giibibo itself. Supreme court cleared it that if the airline is cancelling any tickets due to this situation they have to give a full refund to the customers.
I have booked these tickets from 2 airlines named AirAsia and GoAir. I have confirmed from both the airlines about a refund. Both the Airlines told us that they have already processed the refund to Goibibo in the month of June and August respectively.
This time I want to charge a big amount of penalty also on Goibibo this fraud done by them.
