Ibibo Group / Goibibo — I PAID 1,40,950rs to book the ticket booking was failed and amount debited from my bank account so I ask them to refund my payment

I book the round trip flight ticket with Booking ID No : GOFLIMTAND70BE[protected] on 16/06/2021and my calling no [protected] for the amount of 1, 40, 950rs same the payment has been debited from my account and booking was not issued so when i called customer care they said booking not issued on there website they did not refund my complete payment one way ticket payment they refund me after cancellation charges amount of 699rs only 62, 291 I received remaining balance amount 78, 659rs they are not refunding me so I want to take strict action against this fraud company want my money back
