Ibibo Group / Goibibo — I want to edit one hotel review

Hi, myself saubhik das. I have stayed in himalayan hideway lodge, rishikesh, india in february 2017. There are some serious private and personal issues regarding the hotel review i had submitted. Therefore, i want to edit/delete the review. Its very personal and urgent. Please help. The review is submitted in name of saubhik das. Please do the needful.

Deducted money from my bank account, also didn't give tickets for deduction. After queries they denied to received money where money was already received by them. I are helpless with patients and elderly people. They blocked my money for 3-4 days so that we can't book the tickets again before increasing the tickets price. Need help from you.
