Verified Support Aug 27, 2019 Ibibo Group / Goibibo Customer Care's response Dear Mr. Sirsikar, Apologies for the trouble caused to you In reference to your complained, As discussed with you, hotelier offered to guest and told him that alternate is far if he can go there and stay but guest said he cannot go so told him to take walk in check in, but guest refused and so called oyo sutendra(GEM) he shifted the booking to capitol o 28398 maysoor gate guest was agreed but he said he is in loss so told guest if you are not comfortable we can refund your full amount but guest denied for same also and stayed to alternate property. Shared resolution with guest alternate property provided to guest on same day which was accepted by guest.any other compensation denied from our side.
