[Resolved]  Ibibo Group / Goibibo — I'm complaining about refund

Dear sir, i booked hotel stay on 18/11 for 19/11. During booking it was written that refunded till/before check-in. But my plan changed. It was an official plan. So i cancelled booking near to 3 pm but there was no refund. During cancelled it showing i have to cancled before 12.
I'm a traveller & my job is traveling & staying hotel. I did many booking by goibibo. During booking always saw that cancellation till 12 pm. But in this booking i saw cancellation till/ before check-in. But i didn't checkin.
Please look into this matter

We are sorry to read about the issue. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.

In reference to your concern, as discussed over the phone we have advised you that the standard checkin time is 12 Noon and you did not cancel the booking before that.

Even on the voucher we have clearly shared the cancellation policy, before is the screenshot for reference:


Cancellation Policy
FREE Cancellation until Nov 19, 2018 12:00 hours.

Non-Refundable if cancelled after Nov 19, 2018 12:00 hours.

goCash used in the booking will be non refundable.

Any Add On charges are non-refundable.

You can not change the check-in or check-out date after Nov 19, 2018 12:00 hours.

Hence, the refund is not possible.
