Ibibo Group / Goibibo — i'm complaining about the issue that i have to pay extra money for my online booking | |
I am prashant lohani. I booked a room in the hotel ocean blue roorkee, uttarakhand for 26-27 july via goibibo. On 26 i. E. Today, i was today by some goibibo consultant that my booking is not confirmed (Although payment was made in advance through online mode) and then he told me they are shifting the booking to a new hotel i. E. Hotel city residency, roorkee with same booking. On reaching the new hotel, the receptionist asked me rs123 because goibibo asked them to do so. I called the customer care they told me not to pay and i checked in. Then suddenly the hotel authority told me to leave the room or pay rs123 because goibibo are not paying us the correct amount. I was thrown in and out of room continously then at last i paid rs123. This is corruption, this is so wrong. I am feeling being cheated. Please i request you to help me on this.
