Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Incorrect Baggage Allowance

I recently booked a flight ticket from Goibibo. The baggage allowance that i received on my ticket showed 20kg. When i was checking in the Indigo Staff informed me that my baggage limit was 30kg and not 20kg. Basically for the same price i ended having a lower baggae allowance just because Goibibo has not properly updated the allowance limits on their website. The ridiculous part is that i reached out to them on Twitter and basically their argument is that i confirmed the booking so it is my fault and i should have checked beforehand about the allowance. If Goibibo is a booking platform is it not their responsibility to showcase all the details correctly. Afterwards i checked Inidigo's website and it clearly states that the baggage allowance for that same flight is 30kg not 20kg. Also even after informing the error to the Goibibo Team they have still not resolved the discrepancy on their website yet and their support team does not show any remorse to the whole situation. Worst booking experience and would recommend everyone to try alternate services. Attaching the response I received by the team on Twitter (Just look at what they have written, I cant even understand what the agent has written) . Also attaching the proof of the baggage discrepancy as displayed on Goibibo vs Indigo for the same flight and even after notifying them they havent bothered to get it fixed and future passengers will also get scammed by them.
