• goibibo had the option to charge the customer a nominal void charge of just inr 350 and then rebook by paying the fare difference. This option wasn’t given until after the ‘void and rebook’ sla, precisely when i spoke to a representative at 1230am the night the booking was made
• the options that were given were (Seek to the below time stamp in the attached recording)
O 7:10– inr 5849 + fare difference
O 7:23 – inr 8151
O 7:43 – inr 2247 + fare difference
O 8:13 – again inr 8151
O 19:47 – again inr 2247 + fare difference
As we were given wrong information we have been asking team to consider this and make the necessary changes. Team claimed to listen to call recordings and get back to us. To which we also listen to the calls and case remains as we claim
• ashish (One of your supervisors) who went through the recordings had confirmed on an email himself that the above option wasn’t given by an rep and had promised a corrective action due to the miss from your end, within 2 hours – which is still pending
