This is to bring into your kind attention, following are my booking details:
1. PNR-QN8IMN
2. PNR-VIGLXP
Please go through the mentioned PNR. I have been trying to contact you people for the last five months. The above mentioned PNR was cancelled in view of first lock down in India. All the flights were cancelled as per the order of the Government of India.
Later on DGCA declared for full refund in terms of credit voucher or money without any cancellation charges pertaining to this COVID-19 pandemic.
I have applied for cancellation of those PNR, I had received message that your representative will call or contact to confirm the same. I didn't get any communication from your end. After almost one and half month there is two amount of Rs. 734/- and Rs. 323/-credited in my original payment method from that day I am trying to communicate with you people Even on Instagram I have dropped you messages regarding the same. Your web forms are of no use as well.
About the cancellation charges I have confirmed with Indigo Airlines and got the same reply as per the instructions given by Government of India, that there is no cancellation charges on flights during the COVID-19 lock down.
I am requesting you for the last time to resolve the issue at earliest with full refund else I have to move to DGCA to complaint about your services and also have to move to consumer forum.
