Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Insect and dirty hotel and not even worth paying money

Hello,

I have recently booked a stay in Tuticorian in a insect hotel called "Hotel Raj".
I checked in to the hotel at early morning 1.10 am and the hotel was full of insects and extra bed which was provided was full of smelling and strains were in the bed.

The reception guy was also asking why did i make booking in goibibo and he is insulting for booking in goibibo and telling me to book directly to them so that they can be flexible. Such a worst stay i ever had in my life.
i want goibibo to refund the full money what ever i have paid.
