[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — international flight booking connection protection

Hello,
I booked an Internation trip via Goibibo and i had added a connection protection to my itineary. However when checked online it was not listing on my Trip details. Contacted the company staff and they told me that the connection protection has not been added and it can only be added at the time of booking. However no where in the terms and conditions it states that it can only be added at the time of booking. Please see attached the terms and conditions. Also when called on the customer care they just gave me assurances on call back within an hours. However I havent got a call back till now from their end. SR#27954211 has been raised but no response yet

Please be informed that any additional benefit like lounge access, priority checkin, extra baggage, additional meals details are listed and can be opted at the time of booking, to get the final quote for the itinerary.
Likewise, passenger needs to opt for Connection Guarantee at the time of booking itself, as the option is valid ONLY on selected multi itinerary routes booked on www.goibibo.com.
