Ibibo Group / Goibibo — irresponsible behaviour and deductions in refund | |
I had booked a bus ticket from hyderabad to belgaum for travel on 17th july 2019 by kaleshwari travels on goibibo. However there was a last moment cancellation of the trip leaving me stranded at hyderabad. I was forced to take up overnight stay and take a flight the next day. I have not only incurred a heavy financial burden but also suffered one working day loss. Goibibo did not help in anyway, further even for refund of the bus ticket i had to pursue with thier executive who processed the refund with a deduction of ₹. 48/-. The same is yet to be credited to my account. I was offered a compensation of ₹.500 against my total loss of approx 10, 000/- which i declined. As a responsible online travel portal what should i expect from goibibo n such circumstances. Only just apologies and assurances? Was this information helpful? | |
