Kindly help regarding the issue. 1. Room issue : The room doesn't have a separate key card, every time we need to enter into the room we have to call the reception and ask their bellboy to open our room with their master keycard. Check the photos below, 219 is written with a marker and that key is used just to switch on the lights. 2. Bathroom issue: In one of the pics see, there is no ventilation, it's covered with brown tape. Other room's jet spray/hand spray pipe is broken no response from the hotel. This is a very bad way if treating the customers. Oct 12, 2019 Updated by Rohannn121212 IBIBO TEAM hasn't reached me for a solid resolution, they are just offering me 1 nights refund even when I had to suffer for 3 nights in a row, I had to compromise as I had no time with me to hover around to search for a room as there was no assurance that I will be getting a good one without personally visiting the hotel. As per their policy I will be refunded for the days I had faced issues and I had faced these issues every day every night. It can be seen in above pictures.
