Kindly help regarding the issue.
1. Room issue :
The room doesn't have a separate key card, every time we need to enter into the room we have to call the reception and ask their bellboy to open our room with their master keycard.
Check the photos below, 219 is written with a marker and that key is used just to switch on the lights.
2. Bathroom issue:
In one of the pics see, there is no ventilation, it's covered with brown tape.
Other room's jet spray/hand spray pipe is broken no response from the hotel.
Even when i have submitted for the moneyback guarantee, the ibibo team is not responding.
