[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — issue while cancelling ticket | |||
Today is 19th march. I have a booking with goibibo for 20th march from lpi to cstm with mobile number - [protected] and i am unable to cancel ticket using mobile app and there website is not showing me my bookings for train. Pnr - [protected] I am getting error on app - transaction id doesn't exist already. I have called customer care executive as well but they were only supporting me for booking related to flights not for trains. They have automated mobile chat support also but there also i am not getting any help. Desirable resolution - they should deduct 60 rs as the ticket status is in rac right now and refund all amount and the humiliation i am facing from past 3 hours cannot be expressed in words Was this information helpful? | |||

We checked account details and observed that our team already reverted with the closure, stating we have successfully cancelled your booking. Refund of INR 1005 will get initiated on the same account/credit card/ mode of payment with which you confirmed the booking. It must reflect in the respective account within 5-14 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and National Holidays), from the date of refund success.
