I had booked my ticket from baripada to bhubaneswar ..referance no.. GOBUSAND41f[protected] my bus departure time was 11.30 pm.i received my confirmation via mail in the morning itself and wat i see next one sms of cancellation of ticket at 11.19 pm.dis is simply harassing the customer.request the authority to take strict action towards dis unprofessional activity..as a lady..nw i m offered a sit behind the driver..dis too disgusting..wel i dont have an option to sit..but request to take some action against dis type of management of booking immedietly.The person who spoke to me also is not capable enough to address my problem..the person contact number was [protected]
