Ibibo Group / Goibibo — money deducted but booking failed

I booked a hotel in kolkata named hotel lee international for 06/10/19 to 07/10/19 and my payment was done with money being deducted from my my bank account ; but booking is failed. So please refund my money or book it immediately. I expect a very good response from goibibo and this service. Please resolve it immediately. I want my money back soon as i would need to book the hotel again.
