I have booked a flight from bhubaneswar to bangalore and money got deducted but the bookinghas not been confirmed yet. The site says it should be confirmed within 30 mins.

I am not able to reach out to them also through email or the phone number. They have a bot as a supporting system and it keeps on repeating that it will be confirmed in 30 mins.
