[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — money deducted but ticket didn't booked | |
I tried to book a ticket from goibibo site and the money got deducted from my card and they said booking is under process and will confirm booking in 30 min. After 90 min an executive calls and says sorry sir tickets are full in that flight and asked me to pay the difference amount of the alternative flight i asked.. And finally as mine was business trip they canceled my booking and initiated refund. Because of them i paid almost 4k more.. Don't ever book from goibibo and loose your money..
