[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — money deduction | |
Sir, i booked 3 train tickets on 4-4-19 but after my money deduction from bank the message came from ibibo that your booking has been cancelled and they sent some go cash but my deduction money from bank is not refunded. There is no valid customer care where we can talk to there representative. What should i do now. . No customer care support are available, No representative present there to talk with us for our concern, Nonsense Gia Chatbot are provided via company which is robotic answer machine, it has only few options which u hve to choose only, First time use Goibibo and these supports i received.
