Hi Team.
I have tried to book flight tickets from my goibibo mobile app on 13th may
2016 and the transaction was done through kotak mahindra net banking.
The transaction failed and i have raised a case to the kotak support team
as 12780/- was debited from my account but the tickets were not booked.
Today Their manager called me and said that goibibo was received money on
16th may 2016 and told me these details:
Transaction Id:
gofldand46b[protected]
merchant settlement utr:
citih[protected]
I just want to know that when you receive the money,
1. You haven't booked my tickets
2. Now it is 12th of June and you haven't refund the amount to me also.
I am trying to reach your support team through phone but i have been forced
to enter my mobile number and if i enter it, i got an automated response
that no booking was done on my number and again prompted to enter the phone
number
i got tired all these days by calling the Kotak people and now they just
washed their hands by redirecting to goibibo.
