Ibibo Group / Goibibo — my confirm hotel booking was not accepted by hotel in katra | |
Dear sir, I had booked a hotel (Hotel bali resorts) through goibibo from 4th sep 2019 to 6th sep 2019. Goibibo booking id - htl3ej4k26, hotel booking id - [protected]. When i reached the hotel, they tild us there was no booking and that they have no association with goibibo. I have already paid rs 3399 through goibibo towards this booking. Please request you to refund this amount to my account. Also, it has caused me extreme hassle as i had to rebook another hotel for rs 6000 with all the luggage with me.
