Ibibo Group / Goibibo — My flight of 18th March 2020 got cancelled but I haven't got the refund yet nor have I heard anything from you

I had a booking made in my name for 18th March but it was cancelled due to Nationwide lockdown. ( Mumbai -Kochi GoAir (G8347) at 05:10 hrs) .The booking reference number is G8/Z5F2GV. The amount debited was Rs.17369/-
I have never got any reply or response regarding this. please expedite the refund
