I had booked a ticket maa-bah-lgw (Chennai to london via bahrain) thru goibibo in gulf air.
Onward journey date = `11.3.2020
Return journey date = 22.03.2020
Due to the sudden declaration of corona pandemic, the return journey from london to chennai of 22nd march 2020 got cancelled by the airline.
When i claimed for refund / extension without fine for this return journey the airline asked me to contact goibibo.
But goibibo is not attending to my complaint.
1. Their app does not list the above booking
2. There is no call center where i could call due to pandemic
3. Emails sent to them are returned asking me to complaint thru the app (Which again, as mentioned above does not list this booking at all)
