Our government has asked to avoid foreign travel in view of rising coronavirus cases worldwide.
As duty, we have decided to cancel our travel to bali, indonesia.
We have mailed multiple times to goibibo for full refund of the flights but their customer care is non responsive.
They are neither replying on mail nor on call. I had spent hours trying calling but all efforts have been futile.
@goibibo please take immediate action on this issue.
